So I thought I had seen it all but clearly I was mistaken. Jason Sadler is outsourcing his wardrobe to corporate America, and is wearing a different shirt for 365 days straight in 2009, taking pictures and blogging about it. The days are sold at "face value", meaning January 1st is $1 and December 31st is $365. His site is called iwearyourshirt.com so remember to check it out!

The benefits of having Jason wearing your shirt include:
Daily Video on YouTube & Ustream.tv
Daily Photos on the blog & Flickr
Daily Posts on the blog & Twitter
Calendar (You/Your Company's Logo & Website)

ReplyDeletewonder how much money he's gonna make from this..
ReplyDeleteI heard about this a few months ago, and was a little surprised. I wonder if companies actually receive some tangible benefit from this method of advertising.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great comments everyone! If you're curious about the "return" I offer people on their days, read a handful of testimonials here http://bit.ly/iwysTESTIMONIALS
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments Jason! Your t-shirt idea is fantastic and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it later!
ReplyDeleteThis seems like an interesting idea, I'm not sure how fully developed it is in terms of its offering. What would a brand like Coke obtain from having Jason Sadler wear their shirt. Or what is Jason Sadler's promotional strategy to raise awareness for his idea so that it offers brands substantial value.
